Jean, Oregon recently enacted laws aimed at preventing identity theft.
The State Division of Finance and Corporate Securities has a web site on
this that provides some pretty good guidance on steps you can take to
prevent identity theft in your business. Not exactly what you're looking
for, but it may have advice that matches your situation as well:
