Nicely found article Larry.  As a side note, a speaker from Botswana (to speak
on RIM concerns in his country) was scheduled to speak at the recently
completed ARMA Conference.  He went to considerable difficulty to get here.
 For instance, his visa did not arrive until less than a week before he was
scheduled to present.  He was at the conference one day and received word his
mother had died in a car accident.  He, of course, had to immediately return to
Botswana and was unable to give his presentation.  Based on this article, I
think it would have been very interesting.
