Good Monday Morning,
This question concerns HR files and the company EDMS system.  What measures do other companies take to ensure that these type of highly confidential records are not compromised by storage in the EDMS.  Our HR department has concerns regarding the ability of our EDMS systems administrators to access personnel files.  Has anyone else found ways to ensure that the integrity and security of the files once in the EDMS, or do most companies omit these types or records from the EDMS?
