Records management outsourcing-does it have to be either or?  Wouldn't
it be nice to have some of your more routine records tasks handled by an
outsourcing vendor so that you and your staff can put your experience
and expertise where it is most needed:  providing information to your
company's users?

Mike and Nancy will discuss records management outsourcing trends and
when outsourcing may be the best tool for certain records functions, as
well as the pros and cons of totally outsourcing the records management
function.

For a wide-ranging discussion on this topic, attendees are encouraged to
offer their opinions and ideas.

Nancy Williams, CRM, Nancy A. Williams & Associates, is a records
management consultant with more than 30 years experience in records
management in various industries.  She has followed outsourcing trends
in records management since she started her consulting business 10 years
