Kelly,

Based on your description (Our current management will still be in place
running everything the same way; they claim it will be a seamless
transition.) , I don't see the need to make any changes in the way you are
handling the companies records.   The only difference I'm seeing is that
the companies profits will now go to the partnership rather than the
"family".
