A further note.  Some folks get ICRM and ARMA confused.  While we are
the certifying body for ARMA, we are not a part of ARMA.  Therefore, if
you have updated your contact information in your ARMA member profile,
the information is NOT sent to ICRM.  You must also separately update
your ICRM member profile for our records to be accurate.
