ARMA recently distributed a document entitled "Physical Records Storage:
Assessment and RFP checklist."

Please note that tt is a draft - for Trial purposes only; not an ARMA
International Guideline dated 01/21/2005.   Unfortunately I have since
deleted the document, I'm sure someone must still have it and could email
it to you.

I found this draft document extremely helpful as it covered all possible
questions and concerns for off-site records storage, retrievals and
destruction of records.  Everything we needed to prepare our storage RFP
was in the document.  I did make some notes and I will send these to you.
