Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI), headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia,
has two full time positions available:



QUALITY CONTROL/RECORDS ANALYST:  qualified candidate will provide
managerial records management support and quality control.  They will be
able to evaluate record types, and apply federal guidelines for
disposition, storage etc.  They will assist the project Manager in
creating project reports.  This position requires experience in the
federal records management environment and excellent attention to
detail.  It also requires a customer-service oriented individual with
impeccable communication skills.  He/she must be able to life 30 pounds.
Location is Washington, DC.  Minimum experience is 4+ years and a
Bachelor of Arts Degree is required.  Salary is open.



RECORDS MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR:  qualified candidate will supervise
records management processing staff.  Specifically, they will oversee
inventory maintenance, and data entry.  They will assist the project
Manager in creating project reports, and attend project meetings, as
needed.  This position requires supervisory experience (preferably in
Federal setting) and excellent attention to detail.  It also requires a
customer-service oriented individual with impeccable communication
skills.  He/she must be able to lift 30 pounds.  Location is Washington,
DC.  Minimum experience is 2+ years and a Bachelor of Arts Degree is
required.  Salary is open.
