 I think they haven't found a way to turn it around to blame the client yet, 
like they did with Bank of America... after all, if BofA had encrypted the 
data on their tapes, they wouldn't have had anything to worry about =) I 
also wondere who is paying fo rth ecredit checks that Time Warner mentioned 
over the next year and who is paying to notify the employees that their data 
may have been compromised... the owner of the data or the firm who lost it?
 And prior to their name being mentioned in the BofA incident (while the 
investigation was in progress), they were quoted in two other articles as 
stating the more effective way to manage this process was to send your 
information to an offsite service provider electronically rather than to 
generate tapes at all... 
 I guess this reduces 99.99% to 99.98%?? The counter is still running...
