I can relate to both. I have felt fur-bitten a number of times in my
career...; although I did get most of what I requested in this year's
budget... Or the acronym a long-time RIM friend and colleague coined at
the conference in Toronto in 1994: BOMARM (burned out middle age
records manager...; usually seeking leggy young therapists.)
