Does anyone have a procedure for offsite storage from various
departments in your company? Is it controlled centrally through the
records management department or does each department have authority to
recall and send boxes?

They have partnered with a company by the name of Meridio. Meridio is a
UK based company that has been ranked (according to them) #1 in Europe
the last 3 years. Their US headquarters are located in Boston. They are
a fairly small company with 120 employees and have approx 120 customers.
They are 100% aligned with all Microsoft products.
