I agree that San Antonio is very beautiful, I am not sure about the NBA
champion portion of your message.  You should understand that the trophy
will remain where it already is for a second year.

Job Title:    DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION RECORDS MANAGEMENT
Work Location:    San Antonio, Texas
Schedule:    5 DAY WORK WEEK

Plans, organizes, directs, leads, and manages resources for effective
and
efficient integration of new/revised processes and related technology to
the
CoSA in order to maximize the business and technology investment. Leads
facilitation of consistency and integration of operational service
delivery
across the CoSA. Serves as the focal point for facilitating management,
implementation and integration of Enterprise level initiatives within
the
CoSA operations. Ensures effective change management and implementation
support of people, process, and technology initiatives directed at
improving
service delivery and customer access for the CoSA. -----USAA is an Equal

Required: Minimum six (6) years working with records management
concepts,
operations, record keeping requirements for compliance, litigation
support,
risk assessment and intellectual property issues in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of Information and Record Management tools/systems in a
corporate environment. Experience with information security principles
and
process and their role in securing data from unauthorized access.
Ability to
build credibility and collaborate effectively with all levels of USAA
management to include industry and regulatory authorities, consultants,
internal/external auditors, general counsel and others. Individual
should be
able to work well in a team environment and possess sound facilitation,
coaching, analytical, problem solving and issue resolution skills. Must
be
able to interact at all levels of the organization demonstrating
leadership
and decision making skills. Program management experience managing large
multi-functional projects.

Preferred Background: BS or BA in Information Systems or related field.
Knowledge of information life cycle management. Experience in the
development of information security policies and guidelines. Proven and
demonstrated experience in executing process improvement projects with
quantifiable productivity focus.
