well looks like it is time to repeat the message.

The rejection notices are a glitch in the listserv software. No one
knows what causes it or what makes it go away. There are several
things you can do

1. set your subscription so that you receive a notice that your
posting was succcessful

the command is set RECMGMT-L ACK NOREPRO

2. you can always check the listserv archives

3. under no circumstances do you want to repost your message until you
have checked the archives
