positions will be in support of our client, NBC Universal:

1.         Manager, Document Management Compliance
2.         Records Analyst

Manager, Document Management Compliance

The Manager of Document Management Compliance is responsible, among
other duties for the implementation and management of the Document
Management Policy within NBC Universal.  This includes, but is not
limited to:

*        Establishing procedures for managing physical records storage
and retrieval within assigned business units
*        Conducting annual destruction review of records against
existing retention schedules, and perform compliant destruction
procedures
*        Work with the business units to implement common software
platform for the management of physical records,
*        Provide expertise to business units on effective application of
document management systems, including imaging systems or other
electronic records platforms
*        Assists business units in litigation support and audit efforts
as requested.

Working with the Director, Records and Archives Management, the Manager
will assist in the development of electronic records management best
practices, and will be instrumental in their implementation within
assigned business units.  The Manager will supervise 2 staff positions:
a Records Analyst and Clerical support.
The requirements of this position are:

*        Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field,
and 5 years experience in a records and information management position;
Or 10 years experience in a management level position in records
management
*        Knowledge of electronic data management systems such as records
management systems, document management systems, imaging systems, etc.
*        Ability to communicate effectively, both through written word
and verbal skills


Records Analyst

The Records Analyst is responsible, for the application of retention
series to specific records received and stored in assigned business
units of NBC Universal.  Annually, the Records Analyst will assist the
Manager, Document Management Compliance with the evaluation and
recommendation of records for destruction by business unit.  The Records
Analyst will also be responsible for managing litigation and/or audit
holds. In addition, the Records Analyst will review inventories of boxes
submitted to storage, and assign retention values based on content.
Will work directly with department heads of assigned business units to
be sure that inventories are as clear and concise as necessary, and that
multiple copies of the same record are not maintained. The requirements
for this position are:

*        Associate Arts degree in Business or related field, and 3 years
experience working in a records management department; or 5 years
experience in records department, specifically working with the
application of retention values to records.
*        Familiarity with records management systems, and the
application of retention schedules to records
