Tishman Speyer Properties is the leading privately-owned real estate
owner/developer of office properties in the world. Our successful
business model relies on a senior leadership team that is able to
execute and integrate many disciplines, including; acquisitions,
accounting, development, financing, marketing and leasing, design and
construction, property management, and portfolio management.
 
We are currently seeking a Construction Drawings Archives Manager who
will be responsible for the management of the Company's key buildings
as-built drawings - Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc. 
 
Additionally the candidate must be able to identify, gather, create
standard document name conventions and scan all as-built drawings -
Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc., drawings and any subsequent
amendments, in to the Company's Electronic Document Management Program -
DocNet (Documentum). This new employee will need to work with Property
Managers, Building Engineers, Construction, and other internal and
external personnel in order to successfully complete the task of
scanning all drawings. In addition, this new employee will be
responsible for the maintenance of the Construction Dept's plan room.
The requirements for this position are:
 
*        Strong construction background experience, as it pertains to
the management of all construction drawings. 
*        Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet
schedule and budgetary goals.
*        Able to manage complex, multiple, continually changing
priorities
*        Able to identify, diagnose, and solve complex problems.
*        Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
*        At least 2-3 years experience with a repository system for
scanned documents.
*        Ability to work with teams - Able to work collaboratively with
team members while maintaining a clear sense of direction and
leadership.
