Good Morning Sue,

Yes, we do send the destruction report to the departments then, if
appropriate, it is sent to both Taxation and Legal for their signoff. Only
when we have all the appropriate signoffs are the documents destroyed.  In
this way we are covered should there be an audit or litigation issue
looming that we have not yet been informed.
