1.  Have you considered purchasing or purchased any combination of these
IBM products?
   Federated Records Manager
   Content Manager
   Document Manager
   Records Manager

2.  If so, what were the deciding factors?
   Where are you in the purchasing and implementation cycle?
   What has been your experience so far?
   Any lessons learned?
   What kind of effort is needed to build prototype taxonomy and metadata
   schemes?
