With regard to Records Management skills, and pay rates, I certainly hope
that Records and Information Managers will not volunteer to take jobs where
salaries are not reflective of the skills or abilities required of a Records
and Information Manager. For any of us who are presented with employment
opportunities at salary levels that are poor, we should avail ourselves of
the opportunity to say "Thanks, but no thanks".
