It has been about a year ago that a large branch university here in the
Seattle-Tacoma area advertised for a records manager at a whopping $15.95 an
hour. I had my resume out on Monster at the time and actually got a call
from their recruiter who gushed how I had exactly all the skills they
needed. When I told her my requirements, she got really quiet. The comeback
was that she asked me if I knew anyone else that might be interested.

Heavy sigh...sometimes it is tough to Rock On!
