As a representative of a telecommunications company, I am aware of at
least two CFRs which require keeping customer discrimination complaints,
but only until the issue has been resolved.  We keep ours much longer
than that...although as Ginny pointed out, the servers fill up fast and
frequently older records are rolled off onto other media.  Records from
such a short time period as Kirk mentioned should have been easily
available, however.  It sounds like Dish really needs some RM
assistance.
