They are a competitor to the Gartner Group.  These two together represent
the most quoted material that IT professionals turn to when they want
management to see that broad industry trends support the recommendations
that the IT professional is bring forth.  The Gartner Group is particularly
well known for its 4 Quadrants ratings methodology.
