You may want to check out an outfit called "The Richardson Company" at
http://www.rctm.com/.  They have a number of excellent DVDs and video
products on a variety of management issues and topics that might be of
interest to you.  You can preview some of their products for free (you
may have to pay for shipping depending on your location), and at one
time they used to rent DVDs and videos as well (don't know if they still
do that or not).  Of course everything is available for purchase.  I've
used their products for presentations at various times over the years,
and have always been satisfied.

While not necessarily records management related, I've always been able
to find some helpful material.  It might be worth taking a look-see at
their website.
