Please excuse multiple posting. The following is a call for proposals for a
project evaluator.

Evaluator for Managing the Digital University Desktop Project.

This consultancy will involve review and evaluation of the efficacy of the
digital desktop management guidance and training tools. The evaluator will
travel to UNC and Duke University to discuss the project with team members
and evaluate all web-based materials. The Desktop project is hosting a
dissemination conference on Friday, September 23, 2005 at UNC-Chapel Hill.

The successful applicant for this position will be knowledgeable in
electronic records management and in user training and education.  The
consultant will supply a final report to the project co-directors no later
than December 31, 2005.  Compensation for this work will be a minimum of
$400/day depending upon experience, qualifications, and work plan plus
travel expenses to the UNC-CH and Duke campuses. The successful applicant
