If ADM is a member of the General Counsels Roundtable then you can
gain access to some excellent research there on records management. In
their records management resource area they have the following items

Legal Holds Policies for Documents
This project profiles the legal holds policies at seven companies with
respect to the inclusion of electronic documents, how and by whom
legal holds instructions are communicated and who bears the
responsibility of ensuring compliance with those instructions.
Catalog Number: GC1SN937

They also have samples of various hold notices provided by members.

The material at the Roundtable is available only to members

check with your legal department to see if they are a member
