I was wondering whether if anybody has ever heard of document service
companies ever shredding a clients files by mistake.  A co-worker said
something to me this morning that he had heard something about it but I knew
that somebody on the list would probably know about it first. Let me know if
anybody has heard anything about it recently or in the past before.
