<Has anyone out there done a  cross-walk between ISO 15489 and DoD
5015.2 STD?>

I don't know of a published crosswalk.  ISO 15489 is a best practice
standard, not a compliance standard.  DoD 5015.2 is a compliance
standard for U.S. Federal government only, although many non-Federal
entities use it as a standard or a benchmark.
