With the last report that mis-identified ARMA and the ICRM's role, I
wrote an email to [log in to unmask] The corrections that I
suggested were communicated to the author and supposedly were going to
be corrected. I have not had time to determine if this was done.

I would suggest that others who have *read* this report (and I mean
actually read the report -- not base comments upon what is on the List)
direct comments and corrections to the Ombudsman. If there are
substantive commonality of comments that seem to indicate errors in
analysis, I would expect that the Ombudsman would be required to
address those issues.

Also, it appears that the email address syntax for Gartner is
[log in to unmask] If you send a comment to the Ombudsman,
you might try a cc: to the author using that syntax.
