The archives list is also googled.   Frankly it is a good idea because we
are
always getting new entrants to the field and often in our one/two/three
person
shops, we have the same issues or questions.   So making our posts and
sharing
is important.

What we have to remember is, yes, if you utilize a case example of your
employer, you need to phrase it in such a way that you are saying here is
an issue we're trying to resolve, e.g. my administration has asked me for a
plan in how to warehouse older records and I'm looking for help on pros and
cons of doing this inhouse or contractually.

If you look at all the web sources/newspaper articles about e-mail, you
quickly
learn that once sent into cyberspace, it never disappears.
