well it looks like it is time to post the instructions again

managing your RECMGMT-L subscription is very easy to do.
How commands are sent to

[log in to unmask]

in an email message with a blank subject line

the commands you can send are the following

set RECMGMT-L nomail

set RECMGMT-L mail

set RECMGMT-L digest

always use the nomail command when you are going to be on vacation,
out of the office for an extended time or you just want to stop the
list for awhile.

Use the digest command to receive one posting every day that contains
the previous day's postings. in other words you may get the postings a
day late, but you only get one message.

Use the mail command when you want to receive postings again or to
stop the digest.

finally if you want to leave the list send the following command

unsub RECMGMT-L

In all cases you will receive a confirmation when successful

for help with your account send a message to the following address

[log in to unmask] (put it in your contacts address book)

and please be sure to save these instructions or to print them out
