Thanks for the mention Jesse.
I have quite a bit of experience with Meridio and with both Windows
SharePoint Services (WSS) and with SharePoint Portal Server. I would be glad
to address any specific questions offline.
Also I have written a few articles related to WSS and records management
solutions built with WSS.
My original article "Document Management for FREE" was published in November
2003:
http://www.edocmagazine.com/article_new.asp?ID=27424
I followed that up with "Records Management for a .Net World" which
addressed records management solutions using WSS along with some of
Microsoft's partners.

Hope they are useful.

Meridio is one of them - exhibited at Long Beach and I think they're on the
floor in Chicago as well. FWIW I plan to spend some time with them (and any
others that are there) to get a feel for how they're addressing retention
with these more active documents. Russ Stalter with Clearpath Consulting
does a lot of work with Sharepoint as well - I have no details on either
Meridio or Clearpath but Russ is a longtime AIIM person and frequent
contributor to AIIM EDOC magazine (http://www.edocmagazine.com) on
MS-specific issues.
