(Sarbanes-Oxley), compliance, and the results of non-compliance, we want to
hear how organizations prepare themselves for these new challenges.



Speaker: Nancy L. Richards, CDIA, CRM, Records Manager, City of Bellevue
will present a Case Study on how one organization moved from a distributed
approach to a centralized compliant environment using current mainstream
Records Management Technologies.



Session 4/Dinner Program:  Government provides services via the World Wide
Web which can include not only records, but building permits and much more.
