We are in the midst of a project and there has been an on-going
discussion on how to manage structured content. Currently, we are in the
process of defining an approach to manage records existing as structured
content (e.g., SAP, ERP, etc.). The discussions with the RM software
vendors seem to indicate the RM applications are not equipped to manage
structured content. Has anyone addressed the issue of identifying and
managing records existing as structured content? If so, I'd appreciate
your ideas, suggestions and a description of your approach.
