Good afternoon to all.

 

I am trying to put together a presentation to my executive group on
elevating RM in my company and how we need a separate department
dedicated to RM.  I also need to calculate how many employees need to
make up this new RM department and justification for why I decided on
"x" amount of employees.

 

For example:  Is it based on number of employees?  How many archive
containers you have?, etc.

 

Do any of you use a calculation on how many RM employees you need for
your department and/or company?  

 

I am just starting out and could really use the help!
