Good morning list.  What are the hard copy storage / retention requirements for the real estate title industry in general?  I am working with a Title company in Texas and we would like to image the file once it has been closed and discontinue hard copy long term storage going forward.  
 
Is the digital version of the title file acceptable for legal and state regulations?
 
Do you know of any Title companies that have moved in the direction of digital storage?
