Subject: E-mail Benchmarking

I have a client interested in benchmarking/talking with other organizations
specifically about their e-mail management methods.

They wish to talk to larger (preferably global) organizations, but
multi-location organizations are fine.

Areas they are interested in include:

-Individual e-mail account size limits that are in place

-Policies and procedures for rolling out new e-mail mgt methods

-Enforcement methods -E-mail management and/or archiving tools used

-Educating employees on how to write a proper e-mail (what should and should
not be said)

-Lessons learned (what you would do over, if you could)

They are not looking at this as a one-way discussion. They are interested in
sharing what they have done also.

I can share more details with anyone interested, but since my client does
not want calls from vendors selling e-mail mgt software, I cannot release
their name over the listserv. I hope everyone understands.

Thanks,

Steve
