Peter,

FileNet has a companion product for email capture...from a company that they
recently acquired...Yaletown Technologies....that should prove helpful. As
for a broader Records Management solution, I'd recommend that you ensure
that you're on the FileNet P8 platform, or have a migration plan to get to
P8. The overall Records Management software is integrated to the P8
Platform.

Friends,

My company is trying to implement a plan for automated email capture (A
software that eliminates any human factor in deciding which emails to keep).

Presently we're using FileNet and MS Outlook. Is there a better cost
effective way to implement this? Suggestions for other software please..
