Hello all,

Does anybody know what the optimum timeframe is when presenting training
programs? or if a study was done and where I can locate it?

I have heard that no more than an hour at a time, as students start to lose
interest, and minds start to wonder, and after that they will only retain maybe
5% of whatever your teaching them.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
