I haven't gone to the archives to review the thread, but the last time this
came up I thought the general consensus was that job postings are OK because
they are of interest to the list?

My own take on it is that even if you're not looking, you should have a
rough idea of the landscape - you never know when the layoff (or the
acquisition, or the "rightsizing", or your own personal frustration with
your position!) is coming.

I know there is an ARMA jobs blog in the Northwest, and the postings on the
AIIM and ARMA websites, but I didn't think this was that big a deal?

Anyone else's thoughts?
