Contracts Analyst - Essential Job Functions


   - Responsible for maintaining paper files on contracted agencies
   including supplier agreements and amendments, business licensure,
   certificates of insurance, and other pertinent business records as needed.
   - Enters in executed agreements and amendments into Broadlane's CMS to
   keep electronic record of supplier agreements.
   - Updates checklist of required documentation for each agency.
   - Completes preliminary review of documentation and follows up with
   agencies as necessary to ensure complete file record.
   - Investigates agency eligibility on GSA/OIG websites and notes any
   potential contract violations to sourcing team.
   - Prepares agency files to share with customer as requested.
   - Fields inquiries from prospective suppliers and answers questions
   related to Labor Services offering and RFP calendar.
   - Maintains database on prospective suppliers, which may require
   follow-up communications to screen agency's scope of capabilities and
   geographic presences.
   - Provides list of potential providers to sourcing team as needed and
   helps to verify contact information by web search, phone or other research
   methods.
   - Manages contract/amendment award process, tracking receipt of signed
   agreements and notifying internal parties (Legal, Sourcing, Relationship
   Management) of issues.
   - Sends countersigned, executed agreements to agency and to Legal;
   keeps a copy for Labor Services.
   - Updates Sourcing team on contract receipts on a regular basis and
   follows up with delinquent suppliers.
   - Responsible for final and centralized record of awarded agencies by
   modality and by market, providing Reporting team with updated awards and
   effective dates.
   - May populate contracts for agencies in circumstances requiring no
   deviation from the contract standard.
   - Obtains completed Facility Information Sheet from new Labor Services
   customers.
   - Tracks metrics such as total number of agreements/amendments by
   region, by supplier or by time period.
