I guess I don't get it (?)

Is this one guy's view of what's happening in the "Digital World"?

Looking through it, it seems to be a compilation of "stuff" that's
been issued in the world of trade journals, publications, web sites
and other sources related to preservation and/or management of digital
assets.

Some of it seems based on opinion, some based work by task forces or
committees, but it's hard to tell what's fact, what's theory and
what's opinion when reading through the content.
