We have an opportunity for an experienced RM professional with Federal
Policy and electronic records system implementation/administration
experience.  Project is using Hummingbird DM, which is a preferred
skill, but not necessary if other systems have been used.

Overall requirements:

- Strategic guidance to eRecords team for enterprise-wide deployment of
eRecords to include:
    - scalability
    - volume
    - architecture
- Utilize Records Management industry experience to provide guidance in
the areas of:
    - File Plan Development (Taxonomy)
    - Organizational Change (based upon the impact of a large-scale RM
solution)
    - Repository Management
- Support the following activities by providing guidance,
recommendations and analytical documentation:
    - Training program development and deployment
    - User scenario documentation and deployment
    - Staffing assessments and recommendations
- Assist with Issue resolution for software or architectural issues
during configuration, testing and execution stages of eRecords Pilot
