Senior Manager, Corporate Records & Information RadioShack Corporation
Responsible for the business operations of the Corporation's recordscenter storage program, archiving program, and imaging servicesprogram, and personnel.  Articulates and implements departmentalvision policy, budget and interdepartmental initiatives.  Directspeople and programs to realize the vision through strategic andbusiness planning.  Possesses comprehensive management skillsincluding organizational leadership skills.  Manages, controls anddirects all aspects of the Records Center storage business function,Imaging Services business function, and Historical Archives &Preservation program.  Provides expertise and input into otherfunctional areas which affect the recorded information of theorganization including, but not limited to, vital records program,historical preservation, disaster recovery, facilities management andspace planning, active workspace records management, training, andelectronic records management. Responsible for alignment of records and information managementpractices with strategic technology initiatives.  Serves as theprimary systems administrator for departmental function applications.
Unique opportunity to train under the only Certified Records Managerin the United States who is also a Certified Information SystemsAuditor and Registered Health Information Administrator.  Must wewilling to seek training and credentials in information technologyproject management and business process analysis.  Salary commensuratewith experience and credentials.  Environment is very supportive forcareer advancement.  CRM required.  CA preferred.  Five years ofrecords management experience required, three years of supervisoryexperience is required, and one year of experience working withinformation technology projects is required.
