An RFP is the document where you outline all your needs to get the job
accomplished, it is your bid proposal. Once it is completed, and goes out
for bid, vendors will contact you with their solutions and prices, RFP's
need to be very specific and detailed, so that the successful vendor
cannot claim that you didn't ask for that in your RFP. Get all the help
