Steve,

Although I value my "Political Science" degree, having seen the graduates of
what was Dr. Mark Langemo's program at the University of North Dakota, I
wouldn't sell the education side too short.  Graduates of that program have
been able to leverage their education credentials and have become highly
productive in a fairly brief period of time.

However, for an "old guy" like me, with a busy travel schedule, I prefer to
work on certification programs than on additional, formal education.
