I have had the privilege of having a number of Dr. Langemo's graduates
as interns over the years.  I do not believe there is a program anywhere
that graduates individuals with a greater knowledge of Records
Management.  At the same time, I know from mentoring a number of these
individuals that education alone does not provide the necessary
qualifications to be a competent RM.  However, these individuals are
able to incorporate their knowledge into experience very quickly.

If education alone was enough, children would never burn their fingers.
