A gentle reminder to please remember to delete out previous messages
when sending a reply to the list. Many of our subscribers are on
digest and if previous messages aren't deleted (or at least edited)
these folks will see the same message over and over again. In addition
retaining the previous messages greatly increases the size of the
digest to several megabytes.

so remember edit that reply before hitting send
