We found out after the fact that the records had been dumpstered when the
office was closed.
I'm not sure what happened to everyone's records when Friendly Hills
Medical Group went BK, but they're gone now.
The office that my last doctor worked from doesn't seem to be a medical
facility any longer.

Hmm- if the records were electronic then, they would probably have been on
some obscure M-O media that would have been more expensive than
conventional media (paper/film) for me to copy/access.
But now, with CDR and DVDR being dirt cheap, it is another story.
