I am also interested in receiving any information on this topic. I am
sure there are other's out there who are interested in this very same
topic and posting the replies to the listserv would be very helpful.

Subject: Sarbanes Oxley & Lawfirm Records Management

I am in the process, once again, of attempting to write a comprehensive
records management policy and procedure, and destructions schedule, for
my lawfirm. I need to know how, if at all, Sarbanes Oxley has affected
how lawfirms handle thier records, and what court decisions/bar opinions
have come down in the last years that directly affect how lawfirms
handle their records.

Any information that you can provide on or off-list would be greatly
appreciated.
