Anybody care to respond on how Records Management and Business
Continuity are similar and how they are different from the collective
eyes of management teams.

My experience has been that both are a hard sell for management teams
regardless of the industry. I am also of the opinion that most records
management programs are started or revitalized to address a threat to
the business and very few are started as a proactive approach or because
it is the right thing to do for all the right reasons.
