Do most companies have a formal process for handling the transition of
records upon an employee's termination?

Did the employees have any management above them?
Shouldn't that management have a clue?

If this company has any kind of project management process/program at all,
the project docs should be 'in there' as part of the project record.

Of course, the last place I worked for nuked my management too, and closed
my whole department.
Later I worked as a freelancer, and did a bit to help them review some of
the wreckage.

Bitter? Hell no-
grateful !

cheers
Jay

This is just a test... if this was an actual sig, you would have been
mildly amused...
